LMW Consulting Group is an independent software/database consulting and management company for private and independent K-12 schools and small colleges and universities. We assist schools with software and data system evaluations, implementations, training, project management, consulting, and more.

Depending on your school's needs, we will provide a few hours of support to a part-time database management professional and everything in between to help your school achieve its mission through accurate and effective technology.

ABOUT THE OWNER-

Owner Lisa Williams has spent more than a decade evaluating, training, implementing, documenting, and managing processes and software for independent schools. From office administration products, MDMs, and 3rd party integration products to total school solutions involving admissions, development, business office, and academics she works hard to truly get into a school’s mission and understand what they need to get out of their products.

As an expert in change management and school IT operations, Lisa implemented and managed the full suite of Blackbaud’s K–12 solutions at two schools, collaborating with all departments, problem-solving, and keeping effectiveness, cost, and each school’s mission in mind. She focuses on elevating processes with the right technology while connecting all departments seamlessly and efficiently.
